Faner FSF.
Plywood FSF is one of the types of plywood most widely used in construction, car construction, automotive, packaging and advertising shields. Thanks to its undoubted advantages, this type of “incontinent” lumber has no worthy analogues with the same positive characteristics.
FSF plywood is made of natural material – a radiant veneer, firmly glued with phenol -formaldehyde composition. As a veneer, domestic manufacturers widely use birch or coniferous (spruce, pine, cedar) wood, while in New Zealand, Europe and other countries, plywood use oak, grab, maple and other wood, typical for their type, typical for their forests.
The process of production of plywood is quite simple: the beam veneer is glued by pressing, carried out at elevated temperatures. Ready sheets are cooled, cut, polished, labeled and folded 10-20 pieces in packaging.
Plywood FSF due to increased moisture resistance can be used in external construction work. In addition, this type of plywood has a slight weight and is characterized by high strength. Due to the use of phenol -formaldehyde glue, the sheets are not deformed even with sharp temperature differences and under conditions of high humidity. FSF plywood is easily processed with various building tools, easily fastened both with nails and screws.
It should be noted that the FSF faner is not recommended for the decoration of residential premises, since in its production it is used glue containing a large concentration of phenol, which is quite toxic.
